Hooters sued by former waitress in war over wig
Tue Apr 9, 2013
Heartless bastards. My wife had brain aneurysm surgery and contended with the issues described...especially the pain and lowering of one's self-esteem. Although relatively short term (less than a year or so if there was no permanent damage), the major physical effects of the surgery shou …
Vote: Was Pope Francis a good choice?
Wed Mar 13, 2013
Straight-line conservative. Nothing's going to change. The Church will continue to become more and more irrelevant in the modern world.

Me too. Just missed #1. Does that make me a news junkie? Is there an app for that?
After school shooting, quiet Newtown wonders, 'How can we be protected from people like this?'
Fri Dec 14, 2012
Two things need to be done: #1: Outlaw all assault weapons and huge clips. This is NOT an infringement of Second Amendment rights. You can still own all the guns you want...not just these.
NJ Gov. Christie: I'm not too fat to be president
Wed Dec 12, 2012
Fat? Yeah, you are, Doughboy. And you're also obnoxious and wrong on policy. Yes, you handled the crisis well but just enjoy your Sandy Bump...won't last long. GHWB had a 91% approval rating after the first Gulf War and still lost to Slick Willy.

Wed Dec 12, 2012
So how many more people have to die needlessly before we outlaw these assault weapons with the big clips? Their only purpose is to kill lots of people. Screw the NRA!!! Grow a set, people, and get these guns off the street!!! And, no, it has nothing to do with the Second Amendment.

Thu Oct 11, 2012

NASA rover closing in on Mars to hunt for life clues
Sun Jul 29, 2012
R u serious??? This thing travels 325 MILLION miles and it has to hit a spot 12 miles X 4 miles...while the whole planet is spinning??? Really??? What is that...like hitting the head of a pin in LA with a bullet from a gun fired in NYC??? If they pull this off, it's gotta go down as a MAJOR vict …
Funerals, memorials for Aurora shooting victims planned across nation
Tue Jul 24, 2012
And there will be no closure for the families. My wife has been a psych nurse for 28 years, working in state mental hospitals. In her expert opinion, the man suffered a "psychotic break". She's seen it hundreds and hundreds of times in her career. Typical age: between 18 and 24.
